5 students who took part in the YPCFA delivered copies of the Speak Out Report to Downing Street on June 16th. They were met by Paul Goggins MP a minister and given a tour of the Home Office. Download a copy of the Speak Out Report here.
Gordon, 17, from Alliance Boys School in Kenya and Chikondi, 16, from St Mary’s in Malawi took part in the C8 conference in Edinburgh this year. The C8 is a young people’s version of the G8 meeting organised by a coalition of charities including Plan, Unicef, ActionAid, Sightsavers and Comic Relief.
They presented the YP CFA’sfindings to the spouses of the G8 leaders on the 7th July. You can read either Chikondi’s message to the G8 spouses or Gordon’s message to the G8 spouses .
